Vivian Searcy Milton is a state-certified general real estate appraiser and real estate broker licensed in the State of Florida and Georgia.
Since 1989, Milton has developed an expertise in the valuation of income properties as well as extensive experience in the analysis commercial, agricultural, and residential real estate, and special purpose properties. Milton has provided expert testimony and trial preparation in matters related to estate, eminent domain, bankruptcy, divorce, deficiency judgments, and various real estate valuation issues.
Milton began her appraising in 1989. Milton received her Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation, after becoming the President of Searcy Appraisal Services. She also has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Valdosta State University.
Milton has served as on the Board and/or Member of for numerous organizations, including the Appraisal Institute Northeast Florida Chapter, Board of Realtors, Madison’s Historic Preservation Committee, State of Florida Small Business Advisory Community, Madison County Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, National Association of Realtors, National Association of Appraising Institute.
